In “A New Earth,” Eckhart Tolle writes about how the main inner purpose for each of us is to bring presence, or consciousness, into our moments in order to bring forth the light we all are, that we each have access to, the light we all possess.
When we do this, when we make the shift into being present in our moments, we then align with our outer purpose which is creating our canvas and designing our lives in whatever way we see fit.
This month, if you choose to step into the moments of your life with consciousness, mindfulness and presence, watch how innately you will know what to say, what to do, which choices are aligned with your highest self (your true self) and what honestly is the next best step to take to move in the direction your heart most wants to go.
It’s in the quiet stillness of our moments that that voice whispers to us, and we know what we must do, relying on our own intuition and gut feelings.
Write down what you want to accomplish this year, personally and professionally, and then make a list for January of the things you will need to do now to achieve those accomplishments. Then, in the day to day, focus on being present and watch how the Universe supports your intentions.
Let things flow and happen naturally, like in nature, and notice how all the pushing, the willing, the focus on what isn’t happening and the illusion of lack and less ceases, allowing you instead to appreciate what is happening right now, in the midst of your moments, which is really the unfolding of all you want to achieve.
That’s the point, to enjoy and appreciate the unfolding.
Enjoy January. Happy New Year!
All good things,
Jill
