Changes….
In the vein of changes, this will be our last monthly newsletter.
The Monday morning quote and weekly Thursday blog will continue to (hopefully!) provide inspiration and free, health-focused information; however the jam-packed format we’ve done for over a decade will conclude this month.
In the focusing of direction and decisions one often needs to make in order to commit to that focused effort, things tend to change.
So…
Where are you focusing your efforts?
Where are you getting clearer on where it is you want to go?
What are you letting go of in order to make room for something else to come in?
Why?
When we know our why, reminding ourselves of why we are doing what we are doing in the first place, the guidance of what needs to be done and the next best steps tend to reveal themselves.
Making those next right moves…
The Universe loves action.
When we take that leap of faith, to act on guidance that nudges us to let go of something in order to create space, that’s when things change in the best way possible.
