Recently, I deleted a stream of contacts from my phone-people I don’t remember having conversations with, places I no longer felt connected to, individuals whom no longer serve.
Before I hit the “delete contact” button though, I thanked each person, place and thing with a silent blessing for whatever they represented in my life at that time.
Then I let them go.
And it felt great. Lighter.
Liberating actually.
Further in alignment with the emotional freedom that each of us desires, needs and deserves.
I shared this with a few clients and am sharing it here, in the motivational vein of living clearly, simply, more strongly, purposefully.
Maybe the impetus of turning 50 this month lit a spark. Birthdays always bring the opportunities of renewal, reflection, regulation and reformation.
But you can do this at any age.
Take inventory, this new month of 2020, of what you no longer want, what you no longer need, what no longer serves-challenging yourself to take things higher in order to see what the landscape looks like from that place.
Then with grace, with gratitude, in the vibration of growth, let go.
Enjoy February….
All good things,
Jill
